Instructions
Step 1
Meng die sampioene, pampoen, blomkool, broccoli, groenboontjies en uie saam in 'n mengbak.
Step 2
Roer die 100g cheddar hierby in.
Step 3
Klits die olie, eiers en room saam en voeg by die groente.
Step 4
Roer goed deur en geur na smaak.
Step 5
Skep uit in 'n gesmeerde oondvaste bak en bedek met tinfoelie.
Step 6
Bak in 'n voorverhitte oond teen 180°C vir 20 minute, haal uit die oond en verwyder die foelie.
Step 7
Sprinkel die ekstra cheddar en mozzarella bo-oor en bak onbedek vir 'n verdere 25 minute.
Step 8
Bedien warm.
