Instructions
Step 1
Using a medium heat to melt a teaspoon of coconut oil in a large casserole dish or frying pan. Add the onions and cook until soft.
Step 2
Add the mince and garlic; use a wooden spoon to break up the mince while it browns.
Step 3
Once brown add the tomato paste and stir for a minute or two before adding the rest of the veggies, including tomatoes.
Step 4
Add the stockpot and 500ml of boiling water, stir until stockpot has melted. Add salt and pepper, turn heat to low and leave to cook for 25 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
10 minutes before serving cook the spaghetti, as per packet instructions.
Step 6
Just before serving rip up the basil leaves and stir into the sauce.
