Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a medium baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, pumpkin, egg, sugar and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, spice, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
When the dough is fully combined, add in the pecans and white chocolate chips.
Step 5
Smooth the dough out onto the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick and remove it with only a few moist crumbs attached. Remove from oven and let cool.
