100gvanilla soy yoghurt

The donuts
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together the yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon extract. Then add in the egg yolk
Step 2
In another bowl combine flour, baking powder and erythritol
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet
Step 4
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks then add into the mixture
The glaze
Step 5
Pour into a nonstick donut pan. Then bake at 355°F/180°C for 15-20 minutes
Step 6
Make the glaze by just combining the powdered erythritol, lemon juice and lemon zest
Step 7
Dip the cooled donut in the glaze and enjoy
