Instructions
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet saute onion in oil until tender.
Step 2
Add the ham, mushrooms, broth, water and pepper; bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the rice.
Step 4
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 5
Gently fluff the rice. Serve with the green onions and parmesan cheese.
