500mlred wine

I used jazz nothing too acidic, grated

Instructions
Step 1
Mince bacon/pork,
Mix minced bacon and ground beef Add to skillet
Step 2
While meats and cooking, get a sauce pan
Add miso paste and tomato paste
Pour red wine
Let it simmer and combine
Then add tapas, herbs, and grated apple
Reduce mixture
Step 3
Prep veggies and wait for everything to reduce
Step 4
Once meat is done, add just the meat to slow cooker
With fat in the pan, add chopped onion, jalapeño, and bell pepper
Just to soften them
Step 5
When sauce is done, add to meat in slow cooker and combine.
Add veggies Slow cooker for 4-8 hours (the longer the better)
