2 spoonsvinegar

Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the orange juice into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into rectangular strips. Throw it in a container and add garlic, salt, orange juice, pepper and mix well. Put it in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 3
In a bowl, add rice flour and plain flour and starch. Mix and add water. Mix well to a sticky homogeneous mass. Add the chicken to this mixture.
Step 4
For the sauce, in a separate bowl, add ginger, chili pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sugar, orange juice and mix well.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, add starch and water and mix.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a saucepan or deep frying pan and throw the chicken into it. Keep the chicken in the oil, stirring it, until a light golden crust is obtained, and then remove it to a plate with napkins. Let it rest and throw it back into the fryer.
Step 7
Heat the sauce in a pan and add starch and water to it, mix well. When the sauce thickens, add the chicken and mix well with the sauce.
