chop the chicken into cubes

season it with salt / pepper/ pinch of turmeric & ginger

in the same bowl add 2 large spoons starch + 1 large spoon flour + 1/4 cup water And mix

In another bowl ; add 4 large spoons of flour + 2 large spoons of starch + pinch of salt & pepper And MIX

Start cover the chicken with the mixture of flour and starch

The last step is to fry the chicken,, don’t add the chicken on tissues or papers to keep them crunchy
For the sauce

In a bowl add the ketchup + soy sauce + vinger + sugar + pinch pepper & salt & MIX

In another bowl or small cup add the starch & water and mix well , then add it on the previous mixture and mix

Chop the vegetables into cubes or thin finger ( i prefer zucchini/ red& yellow pepper / carrots)

In a wok , heat the oil and add the garlic and ginger and stir for seconds

Then add the vegetables and stir for 2 mins

Then add the ketchup mixture and stir for 1 min

add the fried chicken in the sauce and stir it for 2 mins

You can add sesame if you like it
