Step 1
In a large pan over medium heat add oil. Once hot add chicken and cooked until almost cooked through.
Step 2
Add ginger, garlic, onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Add oyster sauce, mirin, sesame oil and black pepper.
