Step 1
Put oven on 200 c
Step 2
Peel and itty bitty cut the garlics
Step 3
Cut tomatoes in bits, Peel and grate carrots (on the big side so it gets bigger pieces)
Step 4
Fry garlic in the oil, put in Tomato paste and Fry for a minute or two
Step 5
Add Tomato and carrots, add the water and vegetable stock and let simmer for 15 min
Step 6
Add creme fraiche, boil up and add the spices
Step 7
Add the spinach into the sauce
Step 8
Do the layers of sauce and lasagnapasta, start and end with sauce
Step 9
Cut mozzarella into circle slizes and add on top for even layer
Step 10
Put in oven for 25 min
