Prep:10minCook:30min
Bang Bang Chicken wings are a popular appetizer that originated in China. They are crispy chicken wings that are coated in a spicy and tangy sauce. The sauce typically includes ingredients such as mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic, and hot sauce. The wings are usually deep-fried until golden brown but here I air fry and I can guarantee these are the crispiest and then tossed in the sauce to coat them evenly. They are often garnished with chopped green onions or coriander or sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation. Bang Bang Chicken wings are known for their delicious combination of crispy texture and bold flavors, making them a favorite among chicken wing enthusiasts.
