Instructions

Sugar paste

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you get a smooth paste.

Wrap

Step 2
Spread the sugar paste evenly onto the tortilla wraps. Leave a 0,5cm margin.
Step 3
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 4
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the tortilla wraps and fry for about 1min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Frosting

Step 5
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you get a smooth paste.
Step 6
Drizzle the frosting onto the cinnamon wraps. Enjoy!
