These cheesy crunchy croutons add
Loads of texture and flavor to soups and I even love to eat them as a snack because they are so tasty. I find it’s a great way to use up stale old bread too so it’s a win win .

Instructions
Step 1
Get some stale white bread and slice it into cubes then add it to a bowl

Drizzle olive oil over the bread then season to taste with salt and black pepper and add the dried Italian herbs . Scrunch everything with your hands to give it a good mix

Step 3
Heat the croutons in a pan on medium heat then turn and cook until golden and crispy
Step 4
Toss into a bowl and while still warm add the Parmesan and toss the croutons to coat completely . Now just add these to your favorite soup and enjoy
