Instructions

Step 1
First, put a frying pan on low heat

Next, crush the pink peppercorns in a pestle and mortar

Add the butter, thyme, and garlic to the pink peppercorns and mix together

Now, spread half of the butter on one half of the first slice of bread and once the pan is hot, place it butter side down

While your bread is toasting, grate the mature cheese, goats cheese, and mozzarella then place it into a bowl and give it a good mix

Now, flip the bread over so the toasted side is facing up. Sprinkle half of your cheese mix on the uppermost side of the bread. Then, add a generous amount of truffle honey

Next, add the rest of your butter to the remaining slice of bread and pop it butter side up on top of the slice with the cheese and truffle honey

Step 8
Finally, add the remaining cheese and your chilli flakes to the top of the grilled cheese. Then, flip it over and place a lid on top of the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes before scoffing down in 30 seconds flat!
