Instructions

Step 1
Pour 4 table spoons of oil on the pan and wait for the oil to heat
Step 2
When oil and pan is heated throw two peeled and chopped onions in the pan
Step 3
Season the onion with one tea spoon of salt and pepper (if you want oregano and basil)
Step 4
Stir the onions and mix it with the seasoning

When onions are golden put 2 slices of bread 🍞 spread with butter on the pan

After 2 minutes keep on storing the onions and moving the 2 slices of bread around the pan gently
Step 7
Put 2 slices of cheese on each bread slice and cover the pan for 5 minutes and turn the heat lower
Step 8
After 5 minutes turn of the heat from under the pan
Step 9
DO NOT uncover the pan wait 1 or 2 more minutes for the pan to cool
Step 10
Take out 2 plates and serve the bread with cheese on top on the plates and gently put the fried onion on the ready friend bread with cheese
Step 11
Season your ready sandwiches with basil and oregano to add some taste
