Baked Garlic & Herb Salmon
The Easiest Baked Garlic & Herb Salmon Recipe Ever! 🏆
Ingredients:
1 Whole Salmon Filet (approx 3Lb) or Steelhead Trout
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves - Minced
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1-2 Tsp Salt (can add a pinch more afterwards as well)
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice/8 Lemon Slices or enough to cover the bottom of the fish
4 Sprigs of Rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place sliced lemons on a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the salmon flesh side up on the parchment paper, on top of the sliced lemons.
3. Mix the seasonings w/ the olive oil in a small bowl and pour over salmon.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish, then lay the rosemary sprigs on top for some aromatics.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes uncovered until fish is cooked through to your liking or at 145 degrees.
