½ cupcream cheese
½ cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbspgochujang
¼ teaspooncoarse salt
2garlic cloves

Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Instructions
For Cream Cheese Spread,
Step 1
Mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, gochujang, salt, and minced garlic until smooth. Set this aside.

To assemble the Kimchi Grilled Cheese,
Step 2
Lay out two bread slices onto a plate or large surface.
Step 3
Evenly spread a generous amount of the cream cheese spread onto one slice of bread.
Step 4
Place a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese spread.
Step 5
Drain the kimchi of its juices and chop into bite sized pieces. Place some on top of your shredded cheeses.
Step 6
Place two slices of provolone cheese on top of the kimchi.
Step 7
Finally, place the final slice of bread on top of the sandwich.
To grill the Kimchi Grilled Cheese,

Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan on the stovetop over medium heat.

Once the pan is hot, melt some butter.
Step 10
Place your Kimchi Grilled Cheese in the pan.

Let the sandwich cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until it turns golden brown. You can gently press down on the sandwich with a spatula to help it cook evenly.

Carefully flip the sandwich with a spatula and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, or until it's golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.

Once the sandwich is grilled to your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the pan.

Let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
