A delicious lunch/dinner when you're looking to mix things up. To make life easier, I use the bulgogi beef from Trader Joe's to avoid having to marinate - it's delicious and saves time

Instructions
Step 1
Julienne your zucchini and carrot, then place them in a bowl and top with salt. Leave it for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Turn the bbq on high heat
Step 3
Prepare your rice in a rice cooker
Step 4
After 20 minutes, pour the zucchini and carrot into an oiled pan over medium-high heat to saute them. Roughly 5 minutes.
Step 5
Saute some spinach on the side, for roughly 3 minutes. You don't want to overcook it or it'll lose its flavor.
Step 6
Put the meat on the grill and cook for around 5 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Make a fried egg by cracking an egg on a pan over medium-low heat. Cover with a lid and let it fry for 2-3 minutes.
