Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1 lbhot italian sausage
1sweet onion
large, chopped
2 Tbspcrushed red pepper
4 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspcumin
1 Tbspparsley
1 Tbsponion powder
2 tsppaprika
2 Tbspminced garlic
3 Cansgreen chilis
small
2 canspetite diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 canschili beans
I prefer the spicy ones but cannot always find them

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the beef and sausage
Step 2
Add onions to the beef mixture and cook until tender
Step 3
Add spices to meat and blend
Step 4
Place meat into crockpot
Step 5
Add green chilis, tomatos, beans and V8 into crockpot. Mix well
Step 6
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Step 7
Serve with rice.
Step 8
Additional toppings: bacon, Cheddar cheese, sour cream
