Crockpot Taco Hashbrown Casserole

Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook 1 pound of ground beef and cook until you see no visible signs of pink within the meat. Drain all the grease from the meat and place it back into the skillet. Add 2 cloves garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
2. Add your ground beef into a large bowl. Add 1 can of Cheddar cheese soup. Mix the cheese in with the meat then add 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix that in again then add 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix that in again then you’ll add 30 ounce bag of frozen shredded hash browns. Mix that all in.
Step 3
3. Pour your hash brown mixture into a crockpot and top it with shredded cheese.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook it on low for 4 hours and enjoy!
