Harissa Roasted Cauliflower with Whipped Tahini

Instructions

Step 1
Method: Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Cut the cauliflower into florets and Peel off the leaves, roughly chop them into big pieces. Get them in a bowl with the harissa, olive oil and salt and mix well. Roast in the oven on a lined tray for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, get all the whipped tahini ingredients except for the water into a food processor and blitz slowly adding the water until a thick whipped consistency is reached.
Step 3
Spread the tahini on a plate and top with the cauliflower, pomegranate and parsley.
