Step 1
Use rolling pin to roll out dough on floured surface

Pulverize pepperoni in food processor until consistency of ground beef

Spread half the pepperoni per roll, leaving 1 inches of room at the edges

Add scant amount of Parmesan cheese
Step 5
Add generous amount of mozzarella
Step 6
Sprinkle Italian seasoning
Step 7
Roll it up. Pinch, twist, and tuck ends. Coat with egg wash (optional).

Put in oven to rise for 35 minutes
Step 9
Bake 400 degrees for 35 minutes
