50mlvegetable broth
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
½ Tbspmustard
1 Tbspolive oil

Instructions
Potato salad
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cook them for about 15-20min until soft.
Step 2
Chop the onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onions and saute for 1min.
Step 4
Add the mustard and mix well.
Step 5
Add the vegetable broth and vinegar. Reduce the heat to medium and let simmer for 5min.
Step 6
Slice the potatoes.
Step 7
Add the potatoes, onion mixture and seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Let rest for minimum 1 hour.
Burger patty
Step 8
Form a Ball. The ball then press flat with your hands and shape. The patty should be bigger than your burger bun as it will shrink in size.
Step 9
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 10
Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slices on top and let melt for another 2min.

Cut the burger bun in half. Roast both halves until golden brown.
Step 12
Slice the pickle.
Step 13
Spread the bottom burger bun half with sweet mustard.
Step 14
Top it with the salad, potato salad, burger patty, pickles and Leberkäse.
Step 15
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
