Steak, Crispy Potatoes and Creamy Sauce

Potatoes
500gWhite Potatoes
Miniature
8 spraysFry light
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tspgarlic granules
½ tspitalian mixed herbs

Instructions
Step 1
1. Start by slicing the miniature potatoes into bite size pieces and placing onto a baking tray.
Step 2
2. Spray with fry light and add the seasoning before mixing together and placing in the oven at 200°C for 40 mins, stirring half way through. You could also air fry for a slightly reduced time.

3. Slice the shallots and mushrooms and dice the garlic.
Step 4
4. Spray some fry light in a pan and add the shallots and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 mins before adding the diced garlic and frying for a further minute.
Step 5
5. Pour in the beef stock and reduce the heat to medium low and then pour in the single cream.
Step 6
6. Add the seasoning and stir and then add the tenderstem broccoli.
Step 7
7. Spread out in the pan and simmer for 10 mins so the sauce thickens and the broccoli is cooked.
Step 8
8. In the mean time, season the steaks generously with the salt.
Step 9
9. Then heat the olive oil in a frying pan on high heat and fry the steaks on each side for 2-3 mins.
Step 10
10. Let the steaks rest for 5 mins before slicing and then serve everything into two equal portions, enjoy.
