Instructions
Step 1
Clean chicken with 1 tbsp of vinegar and cook water. Drain & set chicken aside.
Step 2
Squeeze juice from 1 lime onto chicken & mix.
Step 3
Coat chicken with 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Step 4
Season chicken with spices (salt, pepper, garlic, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin)
Step 5
Pour 1 cup of soy sauce onto chicken & mix until evenly covered.
Step 6
Cover chicken & let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Step 7
Chop jalapeños & cilantro. & set aside. (Be sure to rinse vegetables before chopping)
Step 8
Add half of the dice jalapeños & cilantro to a blender.
Step 9
Add 1tablespoon of olive oil, , a squirt of lime juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, 1 cup of sour cream, & 1 tablespoon of Mayo. Blend together until liquid sauce is smooth. (may have to add a little water to thin the sauce)
Step 10
Place chicken in air fryer for 20 minutes on 375 degrees
Step 11
Garnish chicken with fresh cilantro & serve over a bed of rice with jalapeño sauce
