Step 1
Peel off the leaves then wash and pat them dry . Remove the centre woody stem and cut into bite size pieces then add to a large bowl
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil then add salt to taste . Season with black pepper garlic powder cayenne onion powder and a heaping teaspoon of honey Dijon mustard to make this vegan simply add mustard and a little maple syrup . Now massage the leaves to coat in the flavor
Step 3
Air fry in batches at 175 c - 350 f for about 6 minutes or until crispy and delicious . Enjoy
