Instructions
Step 1

Prepare and wash rice once and twice, soak in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
Step 2

Add soaked rice in water and bring to boil (or you may use leftover rice instead), stir gently for several minutes while simmering on medium heat.
Step 3

Continue to simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes until thicken and smooth. Serve with sliced Szechuan pickles or any pickle of your choice.
