Instructions
Step 1
Add enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan and preheat on medium.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add spinach to the pan and toss to coat in the oil. Cover and let cook until all the leaves are wilted.
(Keep a close eye so none of the leaves on the edges of the pan burn.)
Step 4
OPTIONAL- Pour wilted spinach into a strainer and press with a spatula to remove most of the liquid. Return to the pan.
Step 5
Drizzle the spinach with sriracha and honey to taste. (For extra heat, use hot honey!) Toss to coat.
Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
