½ cuponions
thinly sliced
2cloves garlic
minced
1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1 poundmustard greens
washed and torn into large pieces
2 tablespoonschicken broth
or vegetable broth, vegetarian option
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonpepper
¼ teaspoondark sesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauté pan, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until the onions begin to brown and caramelize, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic (and chilli, ginger) and cook a minute more, until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the mustard greens and broth. Cook until the mustard greens are just barely wilted.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Toss the greens with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
