Instructions
Step 1

Boil macaroni and rinse them with cold water. Add chopped carrot & onion.

Add chopped scallion, mayo, salt & pepper, and sugar. Mix well.

Slice the chicken breast and open to make it big and thin. Use meat hammer or fork so it can be cooked well.

Season them with salt & pepper.

Coat with the flour.

Step 7

Beat 2 eggs and throw the chicken breast in the egg.

Step 8

Coat with panko.

Step 9

Deep-fry them in the 180C frying oil until golden brown (about 5-6minutes).
