One of the easiest and tastiest meal preps, incredibly flavourful chicken paired with fragrant and crunchy fried rice🤌🏽

Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 800g Raw Chicken Breast Cubed
- 25ml Light Soy Sauce
- All Purpose Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Parsley)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 30ml Light Soy Sauce
- 30g Honey
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 50ml Water
- 15g Corn Flour / Corn Starch
Fried Rice Mix
- 2 tsp Olive Oil (for cooking)
- 4 Whole Eggs
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 20g Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 2 Medium Carrots Chopped
- 40g Frozen Peas
- Handful Bean Sprouts
- 500g Cooked White Rice (leftover/day old rice is best!)
- 1.5 tbps Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Green Onion & Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Important Cooking Notes
- Marinate the chicken for 30mins or more for better flavour
- Cook the eggs on high heat and immediately start scrambling, this should take 3-4 mins max to get fluffy scrambled eggs
- Cook the chicken on high heat and mix around to get a nice golden brown colour. Add the sauce on medium heat then let it thicken. Remove from heat with all of the sauce
- When cooking the veg, make sure the carrots have softened
