Dough
Apple filling
Instructions
For the dough
Step 1
In a food processor, mix the flour, sugar and salt
Step 2
Add the butter and pulse
Step 3
Slowly add the water
Step 4
Refrigerate the dough for at least 30min
For the Apple filling

On a sauce pan, pour all of the ingredients
Step 6
Cook on medium - high heat for 20 to 25minutes
For the Apple pies
Step 7
Roll out the dough and using your favorite pumpkin cookie cutters, cut out the dough
Step 8
Put 1 tbsp apple filling on half the dough, then cover with another pumpkin shaped dough
Step 9
Using a fork, seal the dough
Step 10
Bake at 190C for 20minutes
