Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients
Step 2
Brown butter and then chill it over an ice bath
Step 3
Weigh 150g of browned butter and mix together with sugars
Step 4
Add in flour mixture and mix until dry ingredients are incoporated
Step 5
Take the dough out onto a piece of cling wrap and shape into a rectangle
Step 6
Chill for 30 minutes
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes at 175C
