Step 1
Cut apples into 1/4-inch thick slices and core. (This made around 6 slices)
Step 2
Mix coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup until fully combined.
Step 3
Place mixture on top of each apple slice and place slice on parchment paper.
Step 4
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, then drizzle over each slice. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes until firm, then enjoy!
