Instructions

Step 1
Blend together: blueberries, oats, protein powder, olive oil, honey (add more oats or flour if not thick enough)
Step 2
On a plate, mix together coconut flour and shredded coconut
Step 3
Form into balls and roll in the coconut flour and shreds mix
Step 4
Freeze for 10 minutes
Step 5
Melt chocolate and olive oil and mix granola in
Step 6
Submerge each ball, place on plate and refrigerate 30 minutes
