Instructions

Step 1
Add water to quinoa and Bulgar Wheat. Bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 mins. Then leave to stand for 10 mins
Step 2
Cube half a butternut squash and roast for approx 20 mins.
Step 3
Combine quinoa and bulgar with other ingredients
Step 4
Mix lemon juice and olive oil with a little salt and pepper
Step 5
Toss dressing through salad
