Step 1
Prepare the cous cous

Drain the chickpeas
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pot over a medium to high heat. Once hot add the chickpeas and harrissa paste (or chilli and garlic). Stir for 1 minute.

Cut the halloumi into slices
Step 5
In a large pan, heat some oil over a medium high heat. Once hot, asd the halloumi and fry until golden.
Step 6
Meanwhile, add the yoghurt, salt and pepper and half the lemon juice.
Step 7
After everything is cooked, combine the cous cous and the chickpeas.
Step 8
Serve the cous cous with the Halloumi on top with the yoghurt. Squeeze over any remaining lemon.
