Instructions

Step 1
Put the onion in a small bowl of lemon juice to soak and put aside
Step 2
Mix the yoghurt, garlic, tahini together in a small bowl. Season and set aside
Step 3
Squash 5 meatballs together to make 1 big ball or squash mince together to make a patty size lamb
Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Using a potato masher or similar utensil squash the ball. Cook for 4-5 mins on each side. Set aside to rest
Step 5
Warm the flatbreads as per pack instructions. Evenly spread the tahini yoghurt mix on the flatbreads. Arrange the salad and burger on top and a spoonful of zhoug. Scatter over the onions and parsley.
