Instructions

Step 1
In your mixing bowl add 3 cups flour, all the salt, another three cups flour, and then your yeast, sugar, egg, and honey.
Step 2
Add all the water and begin mixing using a dough hook starting on a low setting and then increasing to medium low or whatever the needing setting is on your machine.
Step 3
Once the ingredients in the bowl are mostly Incorporated begin adding the remaining one cup flour one tablespoon at a time. When the dough seems thick and begins to climb the hook begin adding your oil and a slow stream until it it gets unstuck from the hook. Keep alternating flour and oil until all is used up.
Step 4
Allowed to need one more minute. Spread oil over the top of the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled, 1 to 2 hours
Step 5
Shape as desired, allowed to rise 10 to 15 minutes, brush with egg wash, and bake at 350 until golden brown approximately 20 minutes to half an hour.
