This is a great recipe for a variety of meats ! You can even do it with tofu ! I’m making it with turkey because Turkey is high protein. It’s crispy and delicious . Enjoy

Instructions
Step 1
Slice turkey breast then use a meat pounder to pound it until it’s thin. Season generously both sides with salt and pepper .



Step 2
Get three plates and add flour with salt and pepper to one beaten eggs with salt and pepper to the second one and breadcrumbs to the last one





Step 3
Dip the meat into the flour shake off the excess then into the eggs shake off the excess then into the breadcrumbs and coat completely . Fry in oil on medium high heat until golden and crispy or bake or air fry . Drain on paper towels and serve with any side you wish
