Slice the turkey breast in streaks and flour them.

Step 2
Put a pan on the stove and put some butter into it. When it is melted, add the turkey, the sage, and a pinch of salt and pepper. After five minutes, turn the steak, add some more salt and pepper, and coor for another five minutes.
