Step 1
Place banana, oats, eggs, 60 gms of yoghurt, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Use a fork to mash it all together until well combined.
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oat mixture and spread it out to an even layer. Cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to set.
Step 3
Use a spatula to 'scramble' the mixture and cook for a further 5 minutes or until it's browned and toasted.
Step 4
Warm up the frozen berries in the microwave.
Step 5
Serve 200 gms of yoghurt with 125 gms of berries and 1/4 of the granola.
