Instructions

Step 1
(Optional) Salt and pepper the chicken, and brown in a skillet on the stove over medium high heat. About 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 2
Zest and juice the lemon. Mice the garlic and herbs.
Step 3
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 4
Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, couscous, or potatoes. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges, lemon zest, and Italian parsley.
