Instructions

Step 1
Blanch the tofu for one minute.
Step 2
Blend the blanched tofu, sesame seeds, brown sugar, salt, and unsweetened soy milk. Cool it in the fridge.
Step 3
In a pot, pour water and boil the samyeon noodles for four minutes.
Step 4
Once the noodles are fully cooked, drain and rinse them with cold water.
Step 5
Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the soybean broth around the edges. Add ice, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and boiled egg as toppings. Enjoy!
