Instructions

Step 1
Dice garlic and ginger, add warm water in diced garlic and ginger to mix, let sit for a few minutes; slice scallion.
Step 2
Marinate ground pork with garlic and ginger water, egg white, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken powder, Szechuan peppercorn powder, chicken powder and green onion. Mix pork in one direction until it becomes pasty, let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Start a pot of water and bring to boil. Prepare and clean green vegetables of your choice.
Step 4
To wrap wonton, simply grab a small amount of marinated pork with a chopstick onto the center of a wonton wrapper, fold it into a triangle after you wet the edges with some water. Further wet both sides of the wonton triangle with some water and fold both sides inward to seal.
Step 5
Once water starts boiling, simply put wontons in the water to cook. Add in small amount of cold water to the broth once it starts to boil again ; Wonton will be done once it starts to boil for the third time.
Step 6
Simply mix non spicy wonton soup broth with lard, salt, black pepper, chicken power and scallion, add in several spoons full of wonton broth to the sauce to mix; Simply mix spicy wonton soup broth with lad, salt, light soy sauce, dark vinegar, Szechuan peppercorn oil, sugar, chicken powder, scallion, add in several spoons full of wonton broth to the sauce to mix.
Step 7
Simple transfer wontons from the pot to wonton sauce bowl, garnish with scallion and serve warm.
