Instructions
Step 1
Let chilled steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel.
Step 2
Pre-heat air fryer on 200C for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix oil, sauce and seasoning in a bowl and brush over both sides of the steak.
Step 4
Place the steak in the fryer and cook on 200C for 3 mins for medium rare. Then flip the steak and cook 3 mins on the other side.
Step 5
Take out of fryer and rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with side dish and sauce of your choice.
