Cook onions until soft, (with any other fresh veg if using)

Add spring onions cook for 1 min

Cook rice due to pckt instructions

Cook any frozen veg using

Put fresh veg to side of pan an scramble the eggs on other side, then mix together
Step 6
Add frozen veg and rice stir
Step 7
Splash over soy sauce and sprinkle the chilli on, season and serve on its own or with some pork, chicken or steak.
