Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, add all ingredients, except for eggs, butter and green onions.
Step 2
Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
Step 3
Make a small hole in the center of the pot. Add the eggs. Gently stir until eggs cook.
Step 4
Add butter and green onions. Stir everything together.
