diced

2cloves garlic
crushed

1 Tbsoil

12 ozfirm Tofu
mashed

2 tsponion powder

½ tspgarlic powder

¼ tspturmeric

½ tspcurry powder

½ tspsalt
optional

½ cEggless mayonnaise

1 Tbsparsley
chopped

Instructions
Scrambled Tofu
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft
Step 2
Add Tofu, spices, and salt, and continue cooking on low/ medium heat until scrambled. Add mayonnaise and stir through.

Add parsley and remove from heat. Spread out on tray and set aside to cool.

Spread avocado evenly over the wrap. In the center of the wrap, place a row of lettuce, scrambled Tofu, cucumber, carrot, tomato, and alfalfa sprouts. Fold up one end and roll together to complete. Wrap in baking paper to hold together.
