Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oven to 180 celcius.
Step 2
Prepare peppers. Boil water in a pot. Cut the top of peppers and take out the insides. Put peppers in a pot and boil them until soften.
Step 3
Prepare the stuffing. Boil the rice. Finely chop the onion. Peel the carrot and grate it. Put the onion and the carrot in a pan and fry until soften. Add meat and fry until cooked. Add rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything up.
Step 4
Take out the peppers. Add stuffing. Grate some cheese on top.
Step 5
Place the peppers on a baking tray and bake them iin the oven for about 5 min or until cheese melts.
Step 6
Sprinkle some chopped parsley and flaky salt and enjoy!
